Description: Toro y Moi is the alter ego of Chazwick Bundick, a 20-something South Carolinian. This project started around 2007 in Chaz’s bedroom and fell right in sync with the chillwave movement happening around that time. Since then, Toro y Moi has released several albums and EPs with an ever-evolving sound. Influences range from freak folk, R&B, funk, to French House. Chaz is a master song craftsman; so you might not know exactly what a Toro y Moi album will sound like, but you know it will be chilled out and smooth.
